This TIPS session is about using Yoga as a coping skill. In it you will learn that taking some time to be mindful, do some stretching and practice some yoga can be a wonderful tool to lowering stress.

This TIPS session is about using self-talk to overcome challenges. In it you will learn that we have negative and positive self-talk, and when we let our positive self-talk win we can overcome anything.

TIPS #24 on Distraction

 This TIPS session is about using distraction as a coping skill. In it you will learn that sometimes things can be overwhelming and we have no control over them, so time away from those negative thoughts of worry. Distractions can be walking, riding a bike, listening to music or just working on something else.

This TIPS session is about using movements as a coping skill. In it you will learn that big and small movements can help us when we’re stressed, frustrated or nervous. You can do things like go for a walk or run, squeeze your hands or just dance.
